On Feb. 17, more than 550 Pepperdine friends and supporters gathered to celebrate the 48th annual Pepperdine Associates dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The event’s theme, “Shining the Light of Truth,” recognized the significance of seeking truth as a cornerstone of American ideals and aspirations and Pepperdine’s guiding principles that are embedded in the truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, was one of the luminaries taking part in the panel discussion about democracy and leadership.

From Dinner Chair Seth Haye:

“The Pepperdine Associates dinner is arguably the biggest night of the year for Pepperdine. For the past 48 years, the core community of Pepperdine’s donors, alumni, and friends have gathered on this special evening to be with one another and celebrate the mission, history, and future of Pepperdine. Ultimately, it’s the people at Pepperdine that shape this great university and our lives have been forever changed because of the wonderful people at Pepperdine University. It’s a joy for our family to support Pepperdine and it was a tremendous honor for Jolyn and I to serve as dinner chairs for the 2024 Pepperdine Associates dinner.”
